Mann's Logan Crane Hire is happy to work along side Bielby Holdings for this 3km project on one of the busiest roads in South East Queensland. Upgrading the road from 4 lanes to 6, includes 7 new bridges, day and night movement of road barriers and other associated works.
The $400 Million dollars for this project was funded by the federal and state governments.

With a live rail corridor, tight deadlines, minimal downtime and a small work site, the replacement of the bridge at Dinmore station had it challenges.
The bridge itself was built offsite and transported to site in the middle of the night to meet the closure of the rail corridor the next morning.
With a 200t Crane to reach over the tracks and a 100t crane to lift the other end, the approximately 20t load was lifted into place over the rail corridor with no infrastructure needing to be removed or modified.
The client was BMD and they successfully delivered this $24 Million dollar project for Queensland Rail

This mammoth job runs for 41km at a cost of $1.606 Billion. The rationale for this construction was to divert trucks from the center of Toowoomba.

The advanced water treatment plant was not currently running, but maintenance still needs to be carried out. Access to the tanks was needed via small access holes for engineers to assess the concrete's condition. 
Due to underground services, high walls and length of reach of over 50m required, the right crane for the job was our 200t crane with 43t of counterweight.
